We don't recommend the road that comes from the twin lakes as it crosses small villages and can be dangerous. The recommended route is via Singaraja.
Access
From the main road - known as Singaraja-Seririt road - once you see the gate as per the picture, take the first street on the left (about 10 meters from the gate), and follow the route indicated on the map.

Don't trust the option proposed by google map as it is more suitable for motorbikes.
